Gorilla trekking in Bwindi is the heart of many Uganda journeys. Permits are limited, so we book early and design the days around energy: a quiet lodge evening before the trek, a gentle afternoon after.
From Bwindi we often continue to Lake Mburo, Queen Elizabeth for Ishasha’s tree-climbing lions, or Jinja for Nile adventure. Highland golf at Tooro or Lake Victoria Serena is a polished extra, not a distraction from the forest.
